today is a celebration of mediocrity

and in america they have honored it with a three day weekend.  they’ve had picnics and barbecues.  they’re staying home from work and school.  and they’re calling it labor day.  finally, someone has recognized all the work, the blood, the sweat and the tears required to maintain mediocrity.  yep, it’s my one year blogiversary!  cake all around.  of course, you’ll have to make it yourself.
