i know, right now this seems fairly sparse, but i have high hopes that it will change. that it will be hard to squeeze in all the bling i’ve awarded myself received.

    Hi Monica,

    I am following the compassion india team and saw that you are heading to chennai with you 15 yr old. I was there 1 1/2 ago and I am curious what you are going to do there. Have you been there before? I went on a missions trip where we did outreach to the schools through Hindustan Bible Institute. Anyway, there is a special place in my heart for India and wanted to send you a message about your trip.

      we’re going with the youth group from our church. we’ll spend 10 days. 3 in ooty at a school that one of the pastors traveling with us worked at and the rest in chennai volunteering with the christian mission charitable trust. we’ll be in soup kitchens, working with orphans, lepers and people with aids. thanks for your message – any prayers are greatly appreciated!
