when we left co we left behind a house that we still own, but would rather not own, since we’re not living in it. a few days ago we received an offer, we countered and they accepted. still plenty of time for things to go south, but i’m refusing to think that way.
Good for you. I sincerely hope it works out. We still have an empty house on the market from October when we moved over the pond.
