dinner with asia

tonight bh and i had dinner with asia (that’s not only the contintent, but also the team he works with – we had dinner with the team). i met many lovely people (bh had spent the entire week with them) and they had wonderful things to say about chiang mai. these people are all very passionate about what they do and the mission of compassion international. i could tell that this is a group of people bh will enjoy working with. i think it is very good that he has the opportunity to get to know the other people working in asia before we move. we won’t be living near most of them – there was one gentleman from chiang mai – but wouldn’t it be awful if we moved 1/2 way around the world and bh discovered he didn’t like these folks.
